The retreat is curated by Austrian-born yoga therapy teacher Rosa Klein whose yoga journey began when travelling across India. Yoga Rosa The YogaRosa location Using therapeutic yoga methods, Klein has created a powerful detox yoga schedule that aims to clear away the mental and spiritual clutter of everyday life. Therapeutic yoga is a practice specifically for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness. It combines all elements of restorative yoga: ancient healing yoga, breath work, guided meditation, pranayama and sound healing. Klein works upon her own experiences recovering from a serious incident that left her hospitalised to promote yoga as her cure. Klein uses yoga therapy to help those struggling with pain.
