Pradasphere opens in Hong Kong

Prada’s Pradasphere has landed in Hong Kong and is now primed to astonish legions of the city’s biggest Prada heads. In a pattern not too dissimilar from its previous cross-national tours, Pradasphere depicts a rich retrospective product archive that spans three decades of the collections that have made us fanatical over Miuccia’s fashion files.

Commandeering the entire roof of Central Ferry Pier 4, Hong Kong’s dedicated Pradasphere may well overlook Kowloon Harbour but focuses exclusively on an array of shoes, bags, materials and even samples that have been christened by Prada and taken on the designer’s many rich multivalent references, her obsessions and signature maverick methodologies.

An aesthetic journey and investigation into the heart of a brand that has pushed the envelope of established chic ideals, Pradasphere gives unparalleled insights into the mind of an iconoclast of branding in what has become one of the most hyped studies of a design house so far.
