Hélène Darroze at The Connaught reopens with Three Michelin Stars

ANTICIPATION is rising for the reopening of Hélène Darroze at The Connaught later this month. Though the hospitality industry has suffered greatly due to the pandemic, Darroze has in fact triumphed. Her restaurant at The Connaught was recently awarded the three stars by The Michelin Guide Great Britain/Ireland 2021.

In the main dining room, the Taste of the Season menu will comprise of five to seven courses, including new dishes such as Les Landes white asparagus, gurnard, whelks or Darroze’s signature Baba, Armagnac Darroze and strawberry.

There will also be a lighter option of a Weekday Lunch menu, comprising of spider crabs, pomelo, lampong pepper, allowing guests to indulge in a taste of Hélène Darroze’s excellence at a more affordable price.

The sommelier team will also return with a broad wine list, containing some of the finest wine in the world, with a collection of over 40,000 bottles.

Commenting on the restaurants return, Darroze said, “We are delighted to finally reopen the doors at The Connaught and welcome guests back to the restaurant for the first time with this new accolade. With the support of our producers, suppliers and partners, we are returning with renewed energy and enthusiasm.”
