BGUSTO by Sadler restaurant at the Baglioni Resort Sardinia has been awarded a Michelin Star and has now been added to the Michelin Guide 2022 selection for Italy.

The restaurant, led by Claudio Sadler and chef Giorgio Pignagnoli, opened in June 2021 and since has been recognized for its delicate, Mediterranean cuisine and contemporary creations.
The menu includes dishes such as Lorighitta pasta with Sardinian lamb ragù, aubergines, mint and pecorino and a selection of other fish and meat plates, all created from local, regional ingredients.
