Good Spa Guide announces the winners of the Spa Awards 2021

THE GOOD Spa Guide – a leading authority on the global spa industry – has crowned the UK’s best spas of 2021 at its 11th annual Spa Awards.

Following another challenging year of uncertainty, the national awards celebrate the very best in spa excellence across the UK, with spas in the Lake District, Cornwall, Yorkshire, Wiltshire, The New Forest, London and the Midlands all scoring accolades across eight categories – including a new award for Best Coastal Spa.

Announced during Spa Life UK’s annual conference in Bedfordshire, and decided upon by specially-appointed Good Spa Spies, who’ve been reviewing more than 100 spas each year for the past 16 years, the 2021 winners are as follows: Best Spa for the Eco-conscious, sponsored by Comfort Zone, was awarded to Aquarias Spa at Whatley Manor, Wiltshire.

Three Graces Spa at Grantley Hall in Yorkshire won the award for Best Spa for Fitness and Wellbeing, sponsored by Natura Bissé.

Best Hotel Spa sponsored by DLT Media was awarded to The Spa at Pennyhill Park, Surrey, while the Lanesborough Club and Spa in London was crowned the UK’s Best Urban Spa, sponsored by Germaine de Capuccini.

For those planning a rural escape, Lodore Falls Hotel and Spa in the Lake District is the place to be, scoring Best Countryside Getaway, sponsored by Natura Bissé. Or, if it’s a spot of seaside tranquillity you’re yearning for, opt for The Headland Spa in Cornwall which was crowned the Best Coastal Spa, sponsored by Wildlife Botanicals.

Lastly, Aqua Sana Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire took home Best Day Spa sponsored by Dale Sauna, while Best Retreat Spa, sponsored by OTO CBD, was awarded to Ragdale Hall Spa in Leicestershire.
