Glass In Motion presents Canali’s SS18 campaign, The Race

THE ITALIAN luxury menswear brand Canali have released their SS18 campaign video, The Race. The short film documents the “office-bound odyssey” of real-life parkour artist/stuntman Chase Armitage and parkour artist/model Patrick Nodanche as they traverse forests, mountains, rivers and city streets in their Impeccable 2.0 suits.

Created to suit the modern man on the move, the video emphasises the technical strength, ease of movement and durability of Canali’s exclusive new fabric, Impeccable 2.0. Designed and made solely for Canali, the textile joins the already existing Impeccable line of fabrics, first launched in 2016, representing the constant move forwards in innovation in textile technology Canali strive for.

The fabric is made from an ultra-fine wool, the fibres of which measure a mere 17.5 microns, are twisted twice as many times as traditional threads to create a level of elasticity far superior to any other fabric, while staying completely natural. Crucially for the man on the go, the fabric is finished as to resist water and stains, and the wearer’s natural body warmth evens out creases without the need of an iron. Whilst the fabric is used in traditional suiting, it also appears in selected footwear and accessories as well as sportswear styles.

Impeccable 2.0 styles will be available to buy in Canali boutiques, online at Canali.com and Canali points of sale throughout the world starting from March 23
