IN THE hectic run-up to Christmas, what could be more enthralling than having somebody take care of dinner? Luckily for us, Ruby Bell is on a mission to make our lives that little bit easier.

Superior to any take-away, hands down, it’s also far healthier. The aubergine and paneer korma is another welcome addition, offering a sumptuous creamy sauce that is packed with flavour.
