PLAYING with the reflection of light photographer Benjamin Tietge creates a story where the outfit and model appear magically out of the darkness. The movement and the light softening and stretching the image giving the clothing a life of its own. Tietge was also inspired by the following poem, Clocked by Ron Padgett:

I’m going to look at my watch
though I don’t really care what time it is.
Just slightly curious.
It’s funny when you see
it’s much earlier or later
than you thought,
but even funnier when it’s exactly
the time you thought.
But at my back etc.
Etc. being “Des arts of vast Eternity.”
I give up.
It’s eleven eleven.
