With major dates such as Valentine’s Day and Burns Night just around the corner, it’s wise to start planning how you plan on celebrating at home. In order to help you out, we take a look at all the exciting services HIDE are offering during this lockdown, including our top picks of what to order.

HIDE at HOME delivery

HIDE at HOME weekend menu

Those of you missing the restaurant experience will know that a takeaway doesn’t come close. The new HIDE at HOME Weekend Special Menus offers a brilliant alternative with a spectacular menu created by Ollie Dabbous. The weekly menu is available from Thursday to Sunday, and celebrates seasonal produce with a touch of decadence.

It is ideal for stay-at-home occasions or even for an end of the week pick me up. In true restaurant fashion, there is also the option to receive wine pairings which are selected by Ollie and the Hedonism team.

Each week you’ll be presented with new dishes, and they’ve previously wowed with dishes such as grilled lobster in a warm pandan leaf broth and glazed barbecued Iberico pork with quince miso.

Detox juices

In addition to the wonderful weekend menus, HIDE have also launched a selection of healthy detox juices which have been created by Oskar Kinberg – an award-winning mixologist and bar manager at HIDE below. The juices are fresh and vegetable focused in order to ensure they  cleanse and reinvigorate. Like the food at HIDE, the ingredients for the juices are made from the best possible seasonal produce which means you can enjoy flavours or  Beetroot and lemon verbana, cucumber, spinach, aloe vera & kiwi fruit and a ‘carrot, mango and orange blossom from the comfort of your own home.

We recommend ordering the beetroot and lemon verbena juice after a night of wine. The two flavours compliment each other wonderfully, and the deep purple colour is enough to wash away any grogginess.

Rob Roy cocktail

Burns Night

Burns Night is fast approaching, and HIDE have your back. They’ll be serving up the famous Rob Roy cocktail along with a canapé accompaniment created by Ollie Dabbous as part of the HIDE at Home delivery service.

The Rob Roy cocktail is made from scotch whisky, sweet vermouth and bitters. There will be two versions of this classic cocktail available, with one using a Clynelish 14yo single malt and the other using Glengoyne 18y0. The cocktails have been carefully curated to match the canapés; cured highland lamb with rosemary and a wild mushroom and oatmeal friend bun.

This is available to pre order for now for delivery between Thursday 21st January to Monday January 25, 2021.

Valentine’s Day

Making food at home is a nice gesture, but nothing amps up the romance more than a Michelin star menu. Let HIDE take care of the cooking with their set menu to order. It is available from Thursday 11 until Sunday February 14 and it boasts five gorgeous courses which includes, tartare of red prawns, a cheese fondue, fresh pasta with lobster, wagyu beef and cheesecake.

Of course wine pairings can be added from Hedonism to accompany your order, and if you want to add some extra magic to the dinner, there’s the option to buy a  HIDE Le Labo candle will be available as part of the delivery.

The Valentine’s Day menu is priced at £150.
