Glass takes a look at Four Seasons Singapore renovated rooms

THE FOUR Seasons Hotel Singapore is opening its doors to their newly renovated rooms. Inspired by the Singapore Botanic Gardens, the rooms in the luxury hotel are lush and light. The renovations mark the return of the renowned interior designers at Hirsch Bedner Associates, who were also responsible for the renovations of the Jiang-Nan Chun restaurant in 2016.

The new and updated rooms are set in a natural colour palette dusted with cool blue tones and lime green accents, inspired by the water and tropical lotus leaves of the Garden’s Swan Lake. Each room features a mural wall composition of traditional Peranakan tiles, adding an artistic touch and reminiscent of Singapore’s rich and multicultural heritage. Peranakan culture represents the union between two major ethnicities of the Straits Peninsula – a result of Singapore’s historical significance as a major trading port.

The five-star hotel located along Orchard Boulevard is the perfect destination for everyone from families to business travellers, as well as couples. If in need of extra space, the renovated executive suite offers separate living and sleeping areas along with an expansive and luxurious spa-like bathroom. Guests can enjoy the rooftop pool on the 20th floor, offering panoramic views of the city, play tennis both indoor and outdoor or relax in the SPA. The SPA, which feels like an urban oasis in the Asian metropolis, offers treatments such as the Néroli & Orchidée, a rejuvenating scrub, and massage performed by one of the Hotel’s skilled therapists.
