Dunhill launches the debut collection of Creative Director Mark Weston

FOUNDED in 1893, Dunhill London is a brand that boasts a prestigious place in fashion history. Dunhill London is a style-driven company with purpose, substance, and quality and their AW18 campaign pieces celebrate this. In the campaign, reflection becomes the visual metaphor for a new and multifaceted approach at dunhill London, one where tradition and what it means to be British is mirrored by contemporary culture and timeless style.

Jack Webb captures Clement Chabernaud exploring Berkeley Square in London, where glass-fronted buildings create a reflected world of half fact, half fiction. As Mark Weston, the Creative Director of Dunhill London, says, “The idea of the dunhill man is multiple, not singular… there is not a single way of being British, there are many; there is classicism and tradition as well as an idea of the contemporary and shifting. In many ways, the campaign is about literally showing these different perspectives at once.”

Think luxury materials, neutral tones and classic cuts this autumn and winter at Dunhill London. And of course, a whole lot of leather. Celebrating their traditional leather craftsmanship and legacy that survives today Mark Weston has included leather bags, shoes and trousers, but with a modern twist. Unlike before the Dunhill London AW18 range has combined executive style with athleisure wear. Trainers can be seen paired with smart trousers and wet look puffa jackets are paired with crisp shirts. Since taking over last year Mark Weston has experimented with Dunhill London’s streamlined, clean sensibility and in turn taken the fashion house into a more daring territory. The codes of Dunhill London are changing and they reflect a new chapter at this storied British house.
