Bottega Veneta pledges economic support of scientific research against Covid-19

BOTTEGA VENETA has announced its economic support for scientific research in Italy due to the spread of devastating Covid-19. Funding full two-year scholarships across Veneto, Lazio and Campania in Italy to aid the research going into this virus as well as helping to support the healthcare workers who are putting their lives on the line not just during this pandemic, but on a daily basis.

The economic fund is the equivalent to €300,000, the money will go towards pneumology research in the Department of Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular Sciences and Public Health of the University of Padua, as well as the Virology Lab of the National Institute of Infectious Diseases Lazzaro Spallanzani in Rome and the Microbiology and Virology Laboratory in the Hospital Domenico Cotugno situated in Naples.
