AS THE city of London dons its Christmas finery, the renowned members club – Annabel’s, invites its visitors to experience the enchantment of the Christmas season.
Delivering a new festive exterior designed by The Birley Club’s Creative Director Tatiana Kharchylava, the club’s facade reveals a spectacular dose of Christmas magic carried through with unexpected elements of Annabel’s interiors.
Designed to elevate the celebratory spirit for everyone passing by, the installation was inspired by vintage fairgrounds. The grand design typifies a carousel featuring Annabel’s iconic symbol – the Pegasus.
Reimagined in a new winter wonderland set, the elevating horses greet members and guests as they arrive through reception, while Victorian-era characters dotted around the artwork hint at the interior within Annabel’s.
The variety of festive luxury specials will undoubtedly sate the appetites of guests looking for some festive cheer. While the outside and inside have been revamped for this period, so has the culinary side. The menu features an assortment of seasonal meals, ranging from a Christmas feast to a sweet pick-me-up in-between your Christmas shopping.
When visiting, be sure to try one of the ultimate holiday delicacies – Lobster & Prawn Cocktail with a Spicy Cocktail Sauce & Oscietra Caviar, perfectly completed with a fresh and delicate glass of Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2014 champagne. For a deliciously satisfying conclusion, the menu offers Annabel’s Christmas Snow Globe – a dessert made of 70% Dark Chocolate Mousse, and Madagascar Vanilla Crémeux complemented with a Crunchy Hazelnut Sponge & Warm Caramel Sauce.
