Artisanal juice in The City

Cold-pressed juices are well and truly on the rise and Press, which has recently opened a new branch in culinary epicentre Broadgate Circle, is leading the way. The company has become a favourite among discerning juice drinkers for good reason; it has its own custom-built cold kitchen which allows the team to create drinks that retain the pure flavours and nutrients of fruit and vegetables.

The Press team, based in LA, develop balanced, innovative and and what they see as “addictive” flavours. In order to  maximise nutrient content, health benefits and intensity of flavour by they company cools all ingredients down to 3°C before commencing the juicing. Then the vegetables and fruits are then pressed under 9 metric tons of pressure while being kept at this low temperature. Press believe that “the more raw, the better for you” and also ensure that their juices are double filtered so that the consistency of texture, flavour and quality is maintained throughout without any pulp or froth.

For summer, Press is offering a new range of drinks to imbibe. Each of the three new offerings starts with pure coconut water and is infused with natural flavour – there’s a choice of cucumber and mint, pineapple, and rose. These elegant new creations are as fresh as they are exciting – designed to enliven your routine and enhance your well-being.
