Purity Ring have released a video for their single Heartsigh which is taken from their 2015 album Another Eternity.

The video is directed by Cecil Frena and Alex Fischer, and features bandmates Megan and Corin performing in a futuristic surrounding, supported by a theatrical light show – a scene the Canadian duo are popular for performing during live shows.
Heartsigh celebrates the band’s artistic creativity further than their music, as we experience a video that is carefully curated by the band themselves, including the set design, staging and costumes.
The video also showcases an art installation called Submergence, which is by the British art collective Squidsoup. It consists of over 2,500 interactive LED lights which we see the band performing under.
Singer Megan James has described it as “an honest collaboration that combined the ideas of the band with the talents of the directors, dancers and crew.”
