Dishes include black and white quinoa tabbouleh seasoned with locally, organically grown lemons, eastern-derived flavored sea bass, Balearic creamy burrata paired with organic overly-grown tomatoes as well as a plethora of simple but delicious deserts.
The restaurant is also home to the Aiyanna juice bar which produces freshly-pressed cold juices which pair incomparably to the deliciously simple and natural dishes.
