The Art of Tidying will be hosted by Kondo herself at the London Marriott Hotel County Hall where the Japanese writer of four books on the subject of organising will demonstrate the highly acclaimed KonMari method. Described as a new approach to de-cluttering, the method is based on the Japanese philosophy of only surrounding yourself with items that spark joy. More about this method is explored in her book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying, an international bestseller.

Joining Marie will be Aline Lau, a UK based KonMari method and founder of de-cluttering service Tokimekie. Lau will impart her knowledge on how to incorporate elements of the method to create a tidy environment and transform your life. Aline’s tips will aim to inspire guests and members of the general public during the workshop session being taught in the Westminster Suite of the London Marriott Hotel County Hall. Aline and Marie’s goal is to help maximize guests’ productivity in everyday life.
