Chanel haute couture SS15 welcomed spring with a blossomy show in a modern art installation stage of a tropic botanical paradise.
Adding always innovative touches, last year were the trainers, this time was all about the beanies with netted veils, jewels and chiffon flowers as well as -black widow like- hats. The signature tweed suit had its honour in diverging skirt lengths and a colour palette of a flower bouquet.
A plethora of jackets, cropped floral and in embroidery youthful tops worn over midi narrow, but also short, fringed and organza skirts. Dresses in chiffon, as well as crystal-encrusted, voluminous skirts in tulle and coats with giant flowers on the hems all matched with the flat sock booties to complete the show with a ruffled wedding gown.
Embracing all the ages with his collection, Karl Lagerfeld, knows precisely how to set the rules and inspire the fashion world.
