FASHION and photography have always had a strong relationship. The designer Christian Dior, for instance, had a magical and well-documented creative partnership with the photographer Richard Avedon. Decades later, the house of Dior continues to champion photography talents, launching the first edition of the Dior New Talent Photography Prize in Arles. The prize has been awarded to Yoonkyung Jang, a 23-year old South Korean photographer from Seoul.
