Alexander McQueen opens new accessories shop-in-shop in SOGO, Hong Kong

The world of Alexander McQueen is a fascinating one to say the least, so when a new store opens, it’s not a new store opening, it’s like getting the keys to a mystical secret garden. The new dedicated brand space in SOGO, one of the largest Japanese-style department stores in Hong Kong, is made even better by the fact it’s solely dedicated to accessories and a riveting new retail concept conceived by Sarah Burton herself. Designed by the architectural and interior design agency, David Collins Studio, the neat new space spreads over a single floor on the first floor of the best known and, by all standards, biggest shopping spots in the city.

Offering up hallowed McQueen classics as well as seasonal men’s and women’s items, from sunglasses to footwear, and of course the signature knuckle box clutch alongside an ever-present skull-print silk scarf or two, you won’t find the store understocked anytime soon. Finished in Nero Marquina marble, the fixtures aren’t exactly out of touch either, rather the entire 778 sq ft environment is entirely in touch with all of your retail needs, so we urge you to make a visit soon.
