SUPER-chic restaurant 34 Mayfair has joined with The House of Creed to create a limited edition and very delicious cocktail and dessert inspired by the luxury fragrance company’s classic Virgin Island Water scent. By combining refreshing ingredients which evoke the fragrance, the restaurant’s bar manager Daniele Liberati evokes the Caribbean tropics in The Virgin Island Paradise cocktail; while pastry chef Alice Hall has created The White Bay Coconut Dessert as a perfect complement to the cocktail.

The cocktail contains Yaguara Cachaca, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, coconut water, jasmine tea, mandarin, lime and ylang ylang essence, and these notes are echoed in the dessert which is made of smoked pineapple flavoured with jasmine oil, ylang ylang sorbet, a warm pina colada sauce and creamy coconut and yoghurt mousse.
To celebrate this delicious duo, the entrance to 34 Mayfair is decorated in green palms and tropical flowers, evoking and echoing their Caribbean vibe. If you can’t make it to the Caribbean, this could be the next best thing.
